I wasn't sure at first, but from the second try on out it was awesome. The vibration modes are strong and I'm sure both sexes can have fun with this. A few things are crucial for backdoor use: Be thoroughly clean and ready (not sure how to be less blunt, but this isn't the beginner to cut corners with). Make sure to liberally apply lubricant so you can pinch the three-piece opening together and guide it easily. It's probably common sense, but keep it deflated for this process.
